The entire experience was fantastic, can't recommend enough. Our objective was to relax and just enjoy a nice vacation at the hotel and it was exactly what we got! What most stood out was how nice, friendly and available the entire staff was, always ready to help you with an honest smile. That alone made the stay very pleasant. But there's much more. The breakfast was high quality with a wide range of diversity, another highlight. The room/apartment had plenty of space, very clean, nicely decorated, equipped with everything you might need. The bed was wide and very comfortable. The location is another positive feature, a 5 min walk to the beach directly from the hotel, just keep in mind that there are a few steps. Very practical and the beach (Praia da Falésia) is very beautiful, spacious and includes all the commodities (bar, lounge chairs, lifeguard, etc). The hotel is also very close to Olhos de Água, a small town at a 10 mins walk. Then all the remaining facilities you get access to: swimming pool(s) (depending on your reservation you have access just to the bigger main one or also to an extra and less crowded one), pool bar, regular bar with live music in the evening, two restaurants (one buffet and another "à la carte" with higher quality), playground for children, sports field, arcade room, free parking... From our room we didn't have a view over the sea but still very pleasant, over the hotel pools and the hills. Again, you will not be disappointed, can only recommend if it's the type of hotel you are looking for. It's a family hotel (children are allowed) but we didn't mind and never bothered us.

Can't really point something out, everything was perfect! If I had to leave a suggestion, for the price and quality of the buffet dinner, we feel it should include one basic beverage per person (water, soda, tea, beer...)

Lovely place to have a family holiday, staff are friendly, the place is spotless and its in a fantastic location. Despite being there only a few days ago in peak season it was never overcrowded. Food and drinks really good.

Evening entertainment was a bit boring, usual singer for a couple of hours. This isn't a high intensity entertainment place. It is very relaxing and sophisticated type of Evening, playing cards, having a drink on the lovely terrace, listening to music. Not a problem for us but others may want something livelier.

Great staff, good facilities, good food and a great pool !

Entertainment finished too early at 10 pm but other than that , nothing!
