About this house rental
Recently (2019) renovated cottage nestled at the foot of "LetterHill" . Breathe in the fresh,crisp country air & take a walk on our pristine beaches all year round. This beautifully designed home boasts stunning views overlooking the fabulous Atlantic Ocean. As you enter from the entrance hall to the double height living area you notice the abundance of natural light flooding the entire home. Enjoy your favourite shows/movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the 55" smart t.v, relax with a book, or play with one of the many board games provided. Double doors lead out to a well crafted, well equipped kitchen, which has all the appliances needed. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two & six can comfortably fit at the dining table. A large sliding patio door ensures even on a cloudy day this room is always bright & spacious. The views from the rear of the house are of the mountain known locally as Letter Hill. This is a beautiful little climb for anyone who wants to get full panoramic views, so dont forget your boots! We have private acess to the mountain & it is great for exploring & hiking. Back indoors the bathroom & utility rooms are situated off the main kitchen/living room areas. In the utility room a seperate washer/dryer & controls for heating are all easily operated. The home has underfloor heating, which is heated by oil fired central heating. The main bathroom has a shower/ bath. Entering into the living room again the three downstairs bedrooms are accessible. The main bedroom, which is ensuite also has ample storage with a walk in closet. This bedroom has one king size bed, sleeping two adults. The stunning views from this room of the ocean are breath taking. The second bedroom has one double bed, sleeping two adults. Again the views from this room are ocean facing & exhilarating. The third bedroom has a triple bunk so can either sleep two adults or three kids. This room, to the rear of the house has a fabulous mountain view. Overall this home is warm, comfortable, well equipped & on an elevated site- which guarantees amazing views of both mountain & sea. This is the perfect spot for those wanting to get away from it all as its in a very tranquil peaceful setting. It is also a great base for those who want to explore the surrounding areas on foot, bikes, or in the car. Plenty of costal drives with viewing points to stop & take a break & some captivating photographs. However you decide to spend your time the house is equipped for all your needs.

I had the most wonderful stay at Cashleen Cottage. Sinead and John could not have been more welcoming and kind. The cottage itself is especially cozy, beautifully designed and perfectly located on the beautiful Renvyle peninsula. The views are stunning, peaceful and nurturing. Can't recommend this lovely place enough!!
