Nice place to stay for a night.

Very convenient location to Philipi and Kavala. It was clean.

The trash cans didn’t have bags in them and we had to buy toilet paper.

Excellent hosts and great location with private parking.

Location was excellent. We were met at the property by the owners who live next door. They offered us coffee and cake on snacks on arrival, started fire in the fireplace and on brought us some wood. Since I didn't want to go up to the loft, made a bed on the sofa. Plenty of outlets. They did have an iron and blow drier which we didn't use. Enough plates, cutlery and pots and pans. Kitchen was well equipped, though we missed not having a frying pan. Water is potable as they have an inline filter installed. It's very close to the Philippi Archaeological site and the acropolis. Even though the hosts were limited in English, they were very nice. Parking was private and off street.

When we went t take shower on the second night, we found no hot water. I am sure it was because they have a solar water heater and there was no sun all day. The following morning, we told the owner. They turned on the auxiliary heater for the water. It took bout 10 minutes to get it real hot.

The appartment has everything you need : calm environment, beautiful view, it is clean and spatious. The owners are very kind. Definitely recommand!

Good value and spacefull apartment

Great value, the apartment is fully equipped, perfect for a couple. The bathroom is big. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast, which is very convenient.

Perfect for a couple and adults but I wouldn't recommend for parents with young children, the stair is a bit dangerous, and you can't stand up completely next to the bed.

We really liked it. The studio is really cosy and clean. The location was perfect for us.

The property is amazing and it can host 3 people easily, 2 on the bed in the attic and 1-2 on the ground floor. The access to the attic can be a bit tricky.

Very pleasant stay

We were two and stayed two nights. We were welcomed very warmly and the owners were always helpful. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very well located and there is a parking spot as well just right beside. We enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back!

Catatstrophique pour un séjour l'hiver!! Pour l'été je ne sais pas...

Pas de chauffage suffisant dans pièce principale et trop chaud dans la micro mezzanine (qui a un accès très acrobatique) car la chaleur monte...soit trop chaud en haut soit trop froid en bas donc pas adapté pour séjours hors saison estivale. Pas d'eau chaude pour les douches et pas d'info sur connection du ballon électrique quand solaire insuffisant... Pas même un petit sachet de thé ou café soluble en dépannage pour arrivée tardive, rien. J'ai eu froid deux jours et chaud la nuit donc pas possible de dormir et les douches fraiches ne permettent pas de se réchauffer. DOnc bien pour été mais à fuir l'hiver. Il y a un poële à bois mais pas de bois donc...pas de chauffage.

Πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα, ευγενεστατη και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι, πολύ ήρεμο χωριό αλλά με όλες τις παροχές. Ιδανικό για να ηρεμήσεις αλλά και για να έχεις ως βάση για να εξερευνήσεις τα γύρο μέρη που είναι πανέμορφα.

Sehr geräumig, sehr netter Empfang, unsere Motorräder durften wir in den Garten stellen. Sehr schön fanden wir die extra große Dusche.

Aanrader in Krinides bij Fillippi en Kavala.

Een schoon en prettig gelegen appartement met zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, die in het huis ernaast wonen. Het ligt net buiten het dorp, dicht bij andere vrijstaande woningen. Je kunt -zonodig- lopen naar het archeologisch museum (openlucht en in gebouw). Zeer de moeite waard. De prijs is zeer redelijk voor wat je krijgt.

Niets. We wisten dat je niet echt rechtop kon lopen in de slaapkamer; wij moesten, omdat we vrij lang zijn, kruipend naar bed 1( één meter kruipen) en dat heeft er altijd alleen maar op onze lachspieren gewerkt. Het matras is fantastisch.
