YOLO Carriage is nestled within Rosemary Beach on the south side of 30A, offering stunning OCEAN VIEWS that will take your breath away! The YOLO gate from our private pool / spa / fireplace / entertaining deck is connected to the boardwalk of the private Rosemary Beach access "A" (offering wheelchair / baby stroller access) and a very short stroll to the sugar white beach sand &
aqua-marine blue water! Our community offers a Private Beach (with the ability to host bonfires on the beach through RB); Fitness Center with many classes to choose from like Yoga (and a massage therapist to die for); 3 Outdoor Pools along with 1 additional Heated Indoor Pool & a very active and beloved Tennis-Racquet Club community with 8 lighted green clay (Har - Tru) courts (available until 9PM daily - weather permitting). The racquet club hosts many events and tournaments year round and is a fun-filled, social community within Rosemary Beach. Be sure to purchase your court reservations early through the RB Racquet club because they sell out fast, daily!

The Space
Welcom to YOLO Carriage house!
You may find your way to the carriage house by entering the pool gate off of Windward Ln. Once inside the Private courtyard, you will access YOLO Carriage house up the stairs adjacent to the garage. At the top of the stairs is your private OCEAN VIEW balcony with seating to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee or beverage of choice anytime you wish!
Upon entering YOLO Carriage house, you will walk directly into the full sized kitchen with 2 story vaulted ceilings, offering a 4 burner stove with oven, full sized dishwasher and full sized refrigerator.
Traverse further into YOLO Carriage and you will find the living room with large flat screen, smart TV, sofa sectional and bar seating for dining. The Dining Bar and Living Area are located within the heart of this charming home. Moving from the Living Area to the Master Bedroom, you will notice a cool, built-in ladder leading to the lofted area! The kids will love it even more than the typical bunk beds! Located within the lofted area is a Queen size bed with hotel luxury mattress and bedding along with a fun little nook where you will find the kiddo's twin mattress "fort area", creating a fun space where the little ones can sleep, relax and play! Within the Loft Area is a 32'' Flat Screen TV. (Streaming Services only, no cable access).
Next, on your YOLO Carriage House journey is the Master Bedroom, offering a King size luxury hotel Mattress and bedding to ensure you sleep well after a sun-drenched day on the beach! Directly off of the Master Bedroom is the en-suite full bathroom with double sink vanity, full tub/shower and closet space to hang your Vacation clothes! Speaking of clothes, you also have your very own full sized stackable washer and dryer to offer full amenities within this charming home!
The Living Area offers a 48” Flat Screen TV along with the Master Bedroom offering a 36” Flat Screen TV, both offering a full selection of cable / streaming channels to choose from.

To ensure an enriched and full guest experience, you will have full access to the Carriage House, Private Courtyard (shared with YOLO Main Cottage guests), Rosemary Beach guest amenities and private beach access located only footsteps away!

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment along with a deep cleaning fee which is calculated at 3 X the regular cleaning rate.
MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.
EARLY CHECK-IN: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but CANNOT guarantee it. We charge a $100 fee for early check-ins (between 1 and 2 pm). Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. Many times, we have a quick turn with guests checking out at 10 am. Once our housekeeping team gets there, they'll be able to assess the condition of the house and determine how much work needs to be done to ensure the house is cleaned up to our standards, and ready for you. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home, our home inspectors come in to inspect the house to ensure it meets our standards.

I booked this little carriage house for myself and 4 friends for my bachelorette weekend. While the house was small (it was expected based on the description) it was PERFECT for us as we made the space work. The property was great with the heated pool and hot tub as well as walking distance to the cutest town ever and beach. We opted for this house over houses with more space to be close to everything and we don't regret it. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants instead of using the bikes. I loved the quietness of the area as well. This was the best weekend ever and the host were absolutely wonderful to work with and so very accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend!! Book this now!

Terrific location. Access to Walkover A is less than a minute walk. Walkover A is a much less overcrowded portion of Rosemary Beach. Perfect spot for 2-4 persons.

Entry code NOT sent until after their official check in time, despite repeated requests. The place was NOT CLEAN at all, MOLD on ceiling in bathroom right above shower on ceiling WALLS & by air vent. I have & immediately sent photos to property manager who was not helpful & made it worse by mean response, ground in dirt on floor, carpet nasty, not vacuumed, nails protruding from stairs, clogged bathtub which the service tried to bandaid with Draino (did not work) we arrived to a tub full of standing water, the worst was that the manager, when notified of issues seemed annoyed we were bothering her (notification was via text, not invasive), she did not address issues, was difficult to deal with, did not care about photos of ALL the problems, she refunded $100 of $150 cleaning fee BUT what about MY time, & the fact that I had to clean on my vacation? The wood on deck is chipped- they tried to hide under a rug- I got splinter in my foot anyways, then they tried to schedule repair guys to come the morning after we got there which would have woken us up... Because of some pre-existing garage problem that had nothing to do w/ us.
PARENT WARNING: *BAD for small children, very dangerous, steep ladder to loft, would be easy to fall over the side rail up there too, I was glad not to have little kids. There was a sticky price tag left on the stair railing & dirt streaks present on 2 walls. There were 2 patch jobs on the wall w/ a different paint color over them. I did not want to have company over- embarrassing, no matter how much I cleaned, scrubbed, and vacuumed. I had to go out & buy our own cleaning supplies to do a job that I paid others to have already done. Every time the garage went up & down- from the main house renters, well it made NOISE which made it impossible to sleep until they were in for the night as carriage house is right over the garage. No door to the bedroom so no privacy.
The POSITIVE things: location was awesome. So much potential to this place- I have a strong feeling the owners of the property can't know how it is being (not being) maintained or they would be upset.
10 years of going to Rosemary, Seaside, Seacrest, & Watercolour too. No problems like this ever. We enjoyed our time there despite the challenges our accommodations seemed to present which hopefully will be addressed. Lord knows I sent enough photos (dated/time stamped upon our arrival). Took video upon leaving also, just in case. At this price point, expect better.
