The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open and can accommodate several conversation groups simultaneously. The space extends outdoors to a covered dining area that overlooks a fountain terrace, which is itself surrounded by a tropical garden. A covered balcony off the main bedroom upstairs extends the full width of the house and affords a view of the tree-lined boardwalk to the Eastern Green. Two other balconies overlook the garden below. You'll love the ambiance!

A beautiful home - very clean and comfortable and multiple places to hang out! It was perfect for myself and my four friends for our girls trip to Rosemary Beach. The home is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!

The home was beautiful, close to Barrett Square, the beach (walkover B or C, and pool! The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved the outdoor patios and the swing! Will definitely keep this on our list as we love this place and RB!

The location of the house was top notch. Just 2 houses away from the Coquina pool and a block away from the beach walkover. While the kitchen appliances and dinnerware were well stocked, there were no kitchen pantry items (not even salt and pepper). No dishcloths, one extra blanket, no beach towels, etc. The pictures online indicated the house was light bright and airy. A little disappointed that in reality, it was quite dark and more yellow than what we thought it would be. While the house was clean, it felt a little tired.
