My apartment is adjoining a house, and is located in the city center, on a very quiet side street.
This large, very bright two-room apartment benefits from a large sunny veranda, summer and winter.
It is located in an enclosed courtyard, in which your car will be safe.

The beach is only 15 minutes' walk, for the most part, on the banks of the Siagne, a pretty coastal river that crosses Mandelieu.
Capital of mimosa, Mandelieu is adorned with gold every year in February and organizes a large carnival corso for the mimosa festival.
We are located 7 kilometers from the center of Cannes, fifteen kilometers from Grasse, the capital of perfumes.
The mountain and its ski slopes are an hour away by car.
