In the centre of Val Claret, in a sunny position residential area (villas). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 250 m, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 250 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Sports centre 800 m, chair lift, skisport facilities 15 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 20 m, ski-kindergarten 150 m. Nearby attractions: Funiculaire de la Grande Motte -en ski 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: TIGNES VAL D'ISERE 100 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Tignes Val Claret.

The apartment was clean, very well equipped and in a great ski in/ski out location. The living area and south facing balcony are very nice. It was not really clear from the description that the bunk ‘room’ was really more of a small dark corridor with 4 doors off it to the wc, the bathroom, the bedroom, and the living room! It should be made clearer. The apartment is quite expensive compared to others of similar size in the resort.

Belles prestations dans l'ensemble: Les +: literies de qualité - propriété impeccable - très bien équipé (électroménager- ustensiles de cuisines, Deco) - bonne exposition du no 24b soleil en journée et vue montagne. Situation idéale au pied du télésiège TUFS Les -: pression de l'eau inexistante rendant difficile le lavage des cheveux longs. Casiers à ski trop petits pour 6 tout le matériel ne rentrait pas- Prix élevé.

Super appartement, extrêmement bien placé, ski au pieds. Appartement très bien agencé, beaucoup de rangements, très propre et de qualité. Un gros point négatif sur les casiers à ski: casier trop petit où l'eau reste en bas, pas assez grand pour mettre 6 paires de ski. Impossibilité d'y laisser les chaussures de ski et interdiction de monter dans les étages avec ses chaussures de ski (remarque systématique du gardien): obligation de descendre pieds nus ou en chaussette (puisque pas de place et trop d'eau pour laisser chaussure de ville dans le casier) jusqu'au casier sur un sol en carrelage sans caillebotis toujours mouillé...!
