Tágas szálláshely, otthonos berendezés, kényelmes ágyak, felszerelt konyha, nagy fürdőszoba, privát kertrész. Minden, mint a képeken, sőt, élőben még szebb. 🙂 A házigazdákat, bár ott laknak, kétszer láttuk, érkezéskor és távozáskor. Kedvesek voltak, beszélnek angolul. A környék nyugodt, csöndes, a szomszédok nagyrésze tulajdonos, így a helyiek között "vegyülhettünk", nem a többi turista között egy szállodában. A tengerpart 10 perc séta, homokos part, tisztaság, kedves személyzet mindenhol. Az óváros is kellemes hely. Szombaton van piac elég jó minőségű dolgokkal: élelmiszer, ruhák, gyerek ruhák, cipők, szőnyegek, stb. A környéken sok látnivaló van, de nem jutott mindenre időnk/energiánk, ezért biztosan visszatérünk még.

The Appartment offers more, than we have expected. It was a perfekt vacation!
The owners are very kind. The communication was in English and flowless. The parking place is directly on premisses' yard, 3m to left from the door on the Main picture. The town itself is small, not so many tourists in compare with Jesolo or Remini, which was a surprise.
The beaches near by have steep prices, but you get more space and less people. If 25eu a day is too much, there's free beach in 1km, or you can get discounts by buying more days or last few hours in evening.

Fantastic apartment just a few minutes from the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lovely views of the mountains. The apartment is perfect and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. It has a very well equipped kitchen and a supermarket a few minutes down the road. There is also a very good pizza restaurant 'Pierotti' nearby.

Senza dubbio la posizione è ottima, è molto piacevole avere il posto auto gratuito all'interno della proprietà, la spiaggia raggiungibile facilmente a piedi e le due camere da letto sono comode. E questo in rapporto ad un prezzo che penso sia conveniente rispetto alla zona in cui si trova.
L'appartamento ha tutto l'occorrente ma è molto caldo, immagino sia a causa del fatto che è un "sottotetto". L'appartamento non ha zanzariere, questo complica l'aerazione delle stanze che si limita praticamente esclusivamente all'aria condizionata, a meno che non si voglia lottare contro le zanzare. L'appartamento è piccolo ma, nel mese di giugno per lo meno, senza climatizzatore diventa un forno.
Siamo asmatici e ci è molto complicato dormire con il climatizzatore acceso. Abbiamo quindi optato per rinfrescare la casa durante il giorno o mentre eravamo fuori casa per lavoro per poi spegnere quando eravamo in casa ma la titolare ha avuto da ridire su quando e come accendavamo il climatizzatore, lasciandoci anche un foglio di avviso che onestamente non abbiamo apprezzato. Viene quindi controllato l'utilizzo del climatizzatore. Ma non vengono considerate le eventuali problematiche e necessità che ogni inquilino può avere. Sicuramente potrebbe ridurre questa preoccupazione dotanto l'appartamento di zanzariere. Infine le finestre non erano ben isolate e quindi la mattina si veniva svegliati dai rumori adiacenti come cani che abbaiano e bambini che urlano. Avendo soggiornato per lavoro, e lavorando la sera, la mattina speravamo di riposare ma i rumori ci hanno regolamente svegliato. Quindi posso dire che in realtà non siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'esperienza seppure su carta si possa dire che "aveva tutto".
Va segnalato che in estate l'acqua del rubinetto non è potabile, per come ci è stato spiegato può essere utilizzata per cucinare ma non può essere bevuta. Informazione, questa, che non avevo letto da nessuna parte durante la prenotazione su Booking.
