Todo, ubicación la mejor en el mismo canal a dos minutos del centro, fácil aparcamiento, zona segura. El apartamento super limpio cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Sin duda repetiría.

5 Sterne – Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienapartment in hervorragender Lage. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, sodass es während des gesamten Aufenthalts an nichts fehlt. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und zuverlässig. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Aveiro zu erkunden – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Good value for money, it’s simple, one room (small for 3 persons, don’t ever think of adding a crib) one bathroom that is ok and the kitchen that is old (gas, no electricity) few dishes and cutlery (need to say that was prepared for kids, it had some plastic bowls and a baby throne) and that’s all. It has a parking lot next to the house, just crossing a bridge over the canal

It’s a GROUND FLOOR, that is not specified in the details and should be, It’s too small, I searched for 2 adults and 2 kids (1 baby) and it should not have appeared in the searches, after the 4 beds there is no space for the baggage and there is no armchair…when we arrived it smelled like stagnant water on pipes and we discovered that the siphon pit was opened, argued with the property and they rejected it so we had to stay one night and then search for somewhere else to stay…very dissatisfied
