A Casinha da Ria

La casa súper coqueta y tenía de casi todo. La cama muy cómoda,la ubicación inmejorable,muy fácil de aparcar cerca. La anfitriona muy amable,muy atenta a nosotros. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar.

Por decir algo,aunque en este caso la anfitriona no tiene culpa ninguna,de noche se oía golpear algunas puertas las puertas del resto del edificio.

Céntrico, muy bien situado, limpio, con todo lo necesario.

No tiene calefacción instalada, solo un radiador y un deshumidificador, por lo que en invierno no lo recomendaría porque no es suficiente. Pocos enchufes.

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Aveiro, ubicación excelente y muy limpio. No le faltaba detalle.

Good value for money, it’s simple, one room (small for 3 persons, don’t ever think of adding a crib) one bathroom that is ok and the kitchen that is old (gas, no electricity) few dishes and cutlery (need to say that was prepared for kids, it had some plastic bowls and a baby throne) and that’s all. It has a parking lot next to the house, just crossing a bridge over the canal

It’s a GROUND FLOOR, that is not specified in the details and should be, It’s too small, I searched for 2 adults and 2 kids (1 baby) and it should not have appeared in the searches, after the 4 beds there is no space for the baggage and there is no armchair…when we arrived it smelled like stagnant water on pipes and we discovered that the siphon pit was opened, argued with the property and they rejected it so we had to stay one night and then search for somewhere else to stay…very dissatisfied
