We stayed for Jazz Fest and it was easy to get to and from the Fairgrounds. Great bright space with vast fixtures and room for more than 8. So close to restaurants, streetcar, shops!
Kitchen could be outfitted with enough cups/plates and some dish towels/cleaning supplies. No toilet paper roll holders

The property was very clean and beautiful inside.
There was construction on the street, so it was very confusing on how to get inside. There was one light fixture above the bed that had broken glass that could’ve fallen out at any time. There was so many termites flying around, which may cause a problem down the line. There were also about 45 stairs just to get inside. Had to make about five or six phone calls to get help with getting inside the property because the directions did not align. One of our guests had their car broken into.

Very comfortable for a group of friends to come back to after a busy day
One sink and two tubs were clogged with hair. Fortunately, we found a plunger and had tweaser to clear for flow and canceled the service call. They should do a better job than us. Coffee maker did not work and glass was cracked. Cleaners should have noticed. Walgreens had one around the corner.

No rugs, very clean very spacious good lighting enough cutlery kitchen was very well equipped
Dishwasher was broken, No hot water in the bathroom, low water pressure in the showers, didn’t know about the 2 flights of stairs before hand which made it difficult for my dad who just had a hip replacement.
