Excellent location, quick communication. Plenty of street parking, very quiet neighborhood. Know that there is a suite on the first floor, a bedroom on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. There is noise with people walking above you and going up and down the stairs but not too terrible. We would definitely stay here again.

We came here for a girls weekend (age 38-39) and there were 7 of us. For the bed arrangement, this was a perfect place because of the space and rooms.
Pros
- # of beds and bathrooms
- location
- size of place
- blankets available
Cons
- pool closes at 5 (entirely way too early and dumb)
- thin walls (you can hear everything from foot steps to bass from music and water from toilets)
- bunk bed window didn’t close all the way
- ant issue but owner dealt with this quickly
Suggestions:
- more towels needed
- 1st floor tv coloring was off
- full length mirror needed
- pool should be open until at least 8
- small trash cans in each room
- better pillows needed
