The instructions on how to get into the home and when I called customer service was no help either

Location- it is very close to the streetcar stops. The apartment is very spacious.
1. Toilet in the powder room didn’t work. 2. A live cockroach was found in the living room when we checked in. 3. No detergent pods were provided-even if it’s listed on the check-in instructions. 4. Leaking roof and window 5. No designated parking spots were provided. This is the most crucial part of our complaint. On Booking.com AND on the check-in instructions it lists TWO parking spots are available. I even sent a message to them to make sure that two spots were secured. On our way driving down to NOLA, the company called me and said ONLY street parking is available. After I texted them back with a copy of the instructions, I only received an automated message saying they are working on it to resolve this issue-and then nothing happened! Parking availability was the main factor of why we booked this property, but it turned out to be a disappointment.
