About this villa rental
Lipara is a small villa consisting of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
More specifically, a double bedroom with a small terrace, with wardrobe, chest of drawers and small terrace.
A comfortable living room/kitchen, in which there is another double sofa bed, equipped kitchen wall (including dishwasher), area with smart TV (sat.), dining area and pellet stove. A second bedroom/study , separated from the living room/kitchen by a sliding door, furnished with a desk and workstation plus sofa bed.
Two complete bathrooms with shower cubicle (in one there is a washing machine). There is air conditioning/heat pumps, ceiling fans and mosquito nets in every room.
The cottage is suitable for both couples and families of up to 6 persons.
The house has the special feature of being surrounded by a large outdoor area with a wonderful panorama overlooking the islands of Panarea and Stromboli to the north and the island of Salina to the west. The house has two terraces, one in front of the living area, equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, an outdoor washbasin and a mini-bar, the second in front of the bedroom. The house borders on a garden with Mediterranean fruit trees and overlooks a large open terrace from which there is access to an Aeolian-style patio, furnished with sofas. The uncovered terrace has an outdoor shower, a barbecue area and a sunbathing area. All pertaining to the house. Wifi is also available in the house.
From Lipàra, a short flight of steps (20 metres) leads to the beach.
The house also comes fully furnished and equipped with a set of tablecloths, tea towels, pillows and blankets and a first set of sheets and towels for each person.
If additional bed linen and towels are needed, these can be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person per change: 1 set = sheets x bed + 3 towels (shower, face, guest). These costs must be paid locally.
A security deposit of € 200 will be requested on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Guests will receive a rental contract with all the details.

The location of the property is awesome. Far away from the mass of the tourists and near enough to go to the supermarket or every town on the island by bus or car.
It's perfect for having an entire beach for oneself and a quiet and relaxing stay in the off-season.
The appartement itself was very clean when we arrived and for the two weeks we've stayed, there was nothing we could have asked for more. We could cook, relax and have a nice movie night.
So if you're looking for a nice view (important to me for every stay), a relaxing place, a few steps to the beach, few tourists around, a clean appartement with all the necessities, then this is your stay!

The house has everything one may need, but the best is probably out of it: all the comfortable places in the garden where one can sit or lounge to admire the scenery of islands. And the beach is just down the steps!
