The location was great.
The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you needed.
Communication with George was excellent.
Having a garden space to sit and enjoy the weather was a plus point.
Free parking was a bonus. I would recommend this to friends and family.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Good things are ease of entry (key box); parking safe and spacious; you get access to washing machine and a dryer. It's a pleasant neighbourhood - we don't mind walking... The instructions from the host are clear and very responsive and polite.
There are some things that need a little work I think - to justify the price for a place quite on the periphery of the town. These aren't big things, and would only need a little attention.
- The smell of the bathroom needs to be sorted. It's mold? Or a drain? One can smell it as soon as entering the property, and thus the bathroom door needs to be shut at all times. To combat that (I believe), the towel rail is just on, flaming hot, permanently. Which doesn't seem to be the best practice...
- Toilet seat isn't fixed securely.
- Invest in different curtains (or something). It's really light in there when trying to sleep (maybe caused by a side light outside?).
The bathroom smell is the main one for me - and, it seems, for others.

The location was good, we liked the small courtyard outside of the door, sunny and private. Quiet area. The property was well designed, thought had gone into making sure that everything you needed was provided
Definite smell as you entered due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom, there was an extractor fan but really needed a window too. Bed and sofa really needs replacing. Lots of marks on cover of sofa and side of bed marked. Cups stained inside could be sorted by bleaching them between clients.
