The cottage is nicely furnished and cosy, with basic amenities for four people. The location is ideal if you are looking for nature, beaches and coastal walks.
Off street parking for 1 car was a necessity and valued,
Although we travelled in November I expect the small enclosed garden would be nice for eating out in summer or kids to play in.
The multi fuel fire was nice and a necessity to keep warm.
Quite a few National Trust carparks around.
As it's a converted cottage ceilings and doorways are low - careful if you're 6ft plus.
The property was cold, and although the owner offers to turn the heating up if you get in contact it's not really that appealing to be pleading for heat. The multi fuel fire was a necessity.
I would expect the roads of the peninsula become quite clogged during the summer months.

The location.
Bedroom had a large patch of fresh urine on the carpet and we hired a Rug Doctor from Nefyn to clean it as the owner did not respond to initial messages or phone call. Advertised as no pets and the place clearly has had pets there. It smelt of dogs throughout and lots of dog hair in the cottage. Poor communication from the owner. We left early as could not stay there! Very, very disappointed.

Brilliant cottage in nice rural location. Very relaxing stay
No cable for DVD player. But that's only thing and wasn't too much of a problem.

Location was good,it was clean, the garden was lovely,
The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils etc that you could need. Rooms were a good size.
Parking was great,good space.
The village itself was lovely.
Needs lounge suite replacing, if someone older sat in one of the chairs they would not get out.
Double mattress needs upgrading, and the drawers in main bedroom were falling to bits.
Maybe unplug the overpowering scent plugs as not everyone likes a smell that heady.
Although the bathroom is lovely,it's rather awkward to get to in the night, just too far away if taken short.
There is alot of traffic noise at various times coming out of lane, straight in front of front windows, for a dead end road it's noisy.
Could have done with a heads up that the pub was closed for refurbishment and the chippy had been sold due to retirement.
Guest book was full, needs a new one.

A lovely spacious two bed cottage. Ideally situated for exploring the Llyn Peninsular. The cottage was well presented, and well stocked with utensils, etc. Lovely spacious and secure garden, as well as off-road car parking space. Area is very quiet and there is a good pub down the road (check opening times before setting off!!)
The toilet is situated on the ground floor and couldn't be any further from the main bedroom. Those late night / early morning calls necessitate a walk through the house.............

The location, the garden, the cleanliness, facilities and style.
There was nothing we didn’t like apart from the shower not draining very well.

Cottage was generally lovely but needs updating .
Double bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable with a large "sag" in the middle .Had very little sleep and consequently left a day early .Lounge furniture was also well past its best and needs replacing .

The location was great, garden beautiful. Couldn’t find the bbq as mentioned in the description, so bought disposable ones. Cottage larger than we thought and very well equipped
Nothing, was all very good

it was a lovely cottage with a gorgeous wood burner - ideal for the weather we had. The kitchen was well equipped and cleaning products were also available.
There was dog hair on the furniture which wasn’t ideal for non dog owners.

A lovely little cottage, in a great location for the Llyn. We would happily return.
The oven wasn't working on the Saturday when we arrived, and wasn't fixed until the wednesday. This was somewhat inconvenient
Although the majority of the cottage was clean, my partner spent time cleaning the black mould in and around the shower before we used it, which was disappointing.

Location is perfect for beaches and can walk to the local pub.
Layout of the cottage works well. Big garden is ideal and plenty of storage for the sups, able to rinse off too in the garden.
Facilities were good having the washing machine and washing line outside to dry out gear.
WiFi for the kids and smart TV is ideal.
We did enjoy our stay alot and would definitely return if the mattresses were replaced.
The single mattresses need replacing. The kids complained that they couldn't sleep.
Bathroom door handle needs replacing, held on by one small screw.

Great location for getting all over the Llyn Pennisula. Cottage was fine and had most things we needed (no hair dryer)… some items a bit worn like armchairs and mattresses but they were ok and reflected in the price.
Off road parking great
Garden is great and we enjoyed a great bbq and eating breakfast outdoors
Really needs new armchairs.
Gas in bbq
New pegs
Owner contact number; Sykes gave initial poor response to an issue
Better cleaning equipment and brush for Sandy floors. More towels!

Lovely garden, nice shower room. Very cosy living room. Beds are comfy. Amazing value. Would stay again without hesitation
Hot water pressure pretty poor.
Dog hair on rugs
Curtains too thin for twin room (for children)
Banged head a lot😆
