Nice compact cottage in a quiet location.
The cottage is nicely furnished and cosy, with basic amenities for four people. The location is ideal if you are looking for nature, beaches and coastal walks. Off street parking for 1 car was a necessity and valued, Although we travelled in November I expect the small enclosed garden would be nice for eating out in summer or kids to play in. The multi fuel fire was nice and a necessity to keep warm. Quite a few National Trust carparks around.
As it's a converted cottage ceilings and doorways are low - careful if you're 6ft plus. The property was cold, and although the owner offers to turn the heating up if you get in contact it's not really that appealing to be pleading for heat. The multi fuel fire was a necessity. I would expect the roads of the peninsula become quite clogged during the summer months.

Unclean and disappointing.
The location.
Bedroom had a large patch of fresh urine on the carpet and we hired a Rug Doctor from Nefyn to clean it as the owner did not respond to initial messages or phone call. Advertised as no pets and the place clearly has had pets there. It smelt of dogs throughout and lots of dog hair in the cottage. Poor communication from the owner. We left early as could not stay there! Very, very disappointed.

Brilliant cottage in nice rural location. Very relaxing stay
No cable for DVD player. But that's only thing and wasn't too much of a problem.

Nice location,good parking and clean
Location was good,it was clean, the garden was lovely, The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils etc that you could need. Rooms were a good size. Parking was great, good space. The village itself was lovely.
Needs lounge suite replacing, if someone older sat in one of the chairs they would not get out. Double mattress needs upgrading, and the drawers in main bedroom were falling to bits. Maybe unplug the overpowering scent plugs as not everyone likes a smell that heady. Although the bathroom is lovely,it's rather awkward to get to in the night, just too far away if taken short. There is alot of traffic noise at various times coming out of lane, straight in front of front windows, for a dead end road it's noisy. Could have done with a heads up that the pub was closed for refurbishment and the chippy had been sold due to retirement. Guest book was full, needs a new one.

Lovely cottage, great location, ideal break venue........
A lovely spacious two bed cottage. Ideally situated for exploring the Llyn Peninsular. The cottage was well presented, and well stocked with utensils, etc. Lovely spacious and secure garden, as well as off-road car parking space. Area is very quiet and there is a good pub down the road (check opening times before setting off!!)
The toilet is situated on the ground floor and couldn't be any further from the main bedroom. Those late night / early morning calls necessitate a walk through the house.............
