Lovely character property.
Cleanliness after the previous guests needs to be stepped up, the bathroom bin still had rubbish & hair collected from the shower plug in it. There was absolutely nothing really for our arrival, no cleaning products, a couple of bin bags..oh there was some washing up liquid & hand soap.

Lovely house with wonderful views. Great facilities including garden with BBQ.
Comfy beds and great bathroom. Outdoor shower useful after trips to the beach.
Kitchen well equipped and lounge has comfy sofas and smart tv.
Car parking space out the front is tricky to park. Would advise parking on road outside the back of the property.

The property was spacious, in a great location and well appointed. The new outside space was very private, well laid out and very useable.
Spectacular views from the front of the house!
We had some equipment problems during the stay, however, these were dealt with quickly by the management company and the owner.
Parking for anything larger than a medium sized car would be tricky at the house. We found that parking down the hill a little bit so much easier once we had unloaded. Like the rest of North Devon, the hill is pretty steep!
