Deluxe Kipling Villa with Sea Views

Great sea view from the Villa. Lovely quiet park depending on who your Villa is adjoined to and not a far walk from the centre. Friendly staff and nice and clean on arrival too.

Parking at the Villa's are tight, especially if your neighbours bring 2 cars for 1 space and block you in! Noisy neighbours can be heard throughout the night and early hours due to thin walls too, not great if you want to rest and relax. Mattresses are a little uncomfortable also.

Great location and beautiful views. Staff were fantastic.

There were a multitude of minor irritations all caused by the managers being cheap. No towels, dish cloths, washing up liquids, bath mat, pot towels, cooking oil, salt. The kettle leaked water everywhere, the pans were not non-stick and the internet was appalling. The curtains needed repairing and had threads hanging from them. Receptions said we were notified about the lack of towels etc provided, but the email didn't get to us. Even if it had it was very inconvenient to have to carry wet towels and a bottle of cooking oil around all day then on to our next destination! Self catering has massively improved generally in recent years and I think this company needs to wake up to that.
