A simple clean property that perfectly fitted what we needed, heating worked well, beds comfy nice lounge area.

Great modern accommodation.

Really nice place to stay Clean, comfortable and modern with the beach very close by. It was very warm inside and had new appliances and shower. The beds were comfy too. A great bar restaurant right next to the park and the seaside is just a few minutes away. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Small but very practical and just a short stroll to the town.

WiFi was absolutely rubbish. Unreliable and weak such you could not keep a connection. Though I didn’t have any issues parking on this site and neighbouring sites are random and chaotic.

Perfectly located - easy to find - with a fantastic view of the sea. We were only there for two nights and out all day but the accommodation was very clean and well equipped and we would like to come back.

The facilities here were great along with the location, being a small walk from the centre meant you were far enough to enjoy the peace and views of the seaside without but close enough to everything else Beds were extremely comfy

Great location and beautiful views. Staff were fantastic.

There were a multitude of minor irritations all caused by the managers being cheap. No towels, dish cloths, washing up liquids, bath mat, pot towels, cooking oil, salt. The kettle leaked water everywhere, the pans were not non-stick and the internet was appalling. The curtains needed repairing and had threads hanging from them. Receptions said we were notified about the lack of towels etc provided, but the email didn't get to us. Even if it had it was very inconvenient to have to carry wet towels and a bottle of cooking oil around all day then on to our next destination! Self catering has massively improved generally in recent years and I think this company needs to wake up to that.

Lovely villa with beautiful view

We had a really comfortable stay, very close to everything around and loved that we are a short walk from Westward Ho! and good base to explore North Devon. The host was great at communicating right from the booking stage and providing all information necessary. Loved that we have view of beautiful sunset from our window.

Just small items that could have helped a lot. Hair dryer would have been a plus because I always forget to pack the little things on short breaks specially when you travel with small children, way too many little items to remember. Sponge and dishwashing soap as well wasnt there so just the small touch, I suppose that's missing. I guess, they aren't that big of a deal and overall it was a good place with a beautiful view of the ocean.

Nice villa close to the sea that is comfortable and functional.

Nice lounge and kitchen with comfortable sofa and plenty of cooking equipment. Bathroom is small but functional. Nice view to the sea and was plenty warm to enough.

Bedrooms were lacking bedside table and lamp and a bit cramped. Double bed was uncomfotable due to a worn matress. There is sink in each bedroom.

Upon paying huge amount of money there is no tissue in the toilet only provide one tissue for the family of 5 and when asked for extra was told it’s our duty to get it, no tea and sugar , no soap in the bathroom infact when you are booking just know, you need to come with everything you need because you are only paying for a room to sleep

Good peaceful place to stay in Westward Ho!

Great views of the bay from the property as it’s just a little higher than the caravans in front so you look over the tops of them. Very quiet, well away from the road so no traffic noise and at the time we went in march there were very few other residents. Property was really comfortable everything felt fairly new.

Wi-Fi a little weak but we found sitting in the bay window at the front keeping in line with the mast outside that had the Wi-Fi booster on it seemed to work. Only a minor issue as we solved it but the heating thermostat is locked, it was way too hot when we arrived in the property so we turned down the radiators and at night switched the boiler onto “hot water only” mode.

The view from the front windows over looking Westward Ho! were outstanding. The decor and furnishings were very modern and clean. Great value for money.

There was no bedside plug point, the only one we found was behind the wardrobe which proved tricky to get to….but that was a minor detail.

What a little gem! Stayed one night but only wish we could of stayed longer. Friendly welcome at reception. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated .spacious and very comfortable. Had all the facilities needed for a short stay ( except towels) Gorgeous view of the sea and only a short walk to pubs shops and the beach. Will definitely stay there again.
