Nice clean site,great communication from owner regarding late check in, Caravan very clean, good positioning, easy for town but felt out in the quiet which was lovely.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. We got called about checking in time as they are only there during office hours. Though dated we had a spacious caravan, 2 toilets and good kitchen, well equipped, plenty of storage with parking directly outside. Close to the beautiful coastline.

Carpets and upholstery in the lounge need professional cleaning. The carpet is stained, and there were crumbs on the sofa. It's a dated caravan, but could the soft furnishings be cleaned? The lounge smelt of dog and this was very strong particularly when we had to close the windows due to the bad rain.

Plenty of space, very friendly staff, nice and clean.

The mattresses are a bit lumpy and the sofas a little over tired, they really need new upholstery but nothing was unbearable. It’s at the rocky end of the beach but not too far to walk along the promenade.

Lovely stay in an amazingly clean and spacious caravan.

The reception staff were very friendly. The caravan was incredibly clean. Definitely much cleaner than my house! And there was a sea view from the living area window! And Westward Ho is a great base for a break.

The beds (being caravan beds) weren’t as comfortable as a regular bed.

Superb

The check in was easy and the caravan was ready for use, ahead of time. Caravan was clean and well equipped with all kitchen essentials and bedding was supplied. Handy for the beach, either a walk or short drive.

Parking was a little difficult at times, as the caravans and chalets do not have designated spots.

Chilled out holiday

Location was fabulous. Caravan was roomy for my friend and I. Plenty of storage and very clean. Reception staff were great.

Being picky the pillows could do with a change as very flat. Instructions for boiler and cooker would be useful. We had to contact reception as the radiators were on full and couldn’t work out how to get gas to cooker.

The caravan park was quiet and well located. The friendly welcome at reception was nice, the communication before arrival was good as I'd asked for extra bed linen for the sofa bed.

The caravan itself was OK, quite an old caravan with a distinct damp caravan smell. Some of the windows didn't fully seal so it was quite cold at night. The shower wasn't great, it was extremely hot and hit and miss with water pressure. The beds were not comfy, the mattress were all very springy, managed to sleep but not comfortabley. Parking our car near our caravan was difficult and the road between the caravan and the bungalows was very narrow making it hard for a family with young children and all the stuff.

Lovely stay at Westward Ho!

Location - absolutely lovely. Easy walk to town. Great surfing and good surf shop there for rentals, good places to eat, cliff walks on your door step, rock pools below, beach walks to the estuary, nearby Appledore was lovely too.

Need to provide cleaning equipment as there was nothing: cloths , dustpan and brush , bin bags. Toilet seat was stained and so didnt look clean. Sofas were very stained and tired but clean. Kitchen was very clean Wasnt clear if towels and soap would be provided and they werent.
