The location is a little bit away from the center of Banska Bystrica, but it is at it is

Nice sized room, confortable bed. It had, TV, microwave and a kettle. Very quiet area and the property as well. Communication via booking was very efficient and responses would almost immediate. Bathroom was separated from the room (on the same corridor), but was private (only I had the key) and was large and clean

Shower could have a bit more water pressure, but water was hot enough

The Room very clean , spacious , equipped and calm.

A positive criticism to the owner as it is open for rent on booking where international and non locals can rent. Owner to gather information about how to reach the place by public transportation and timing as if no google maps nobody can reach without signage. To have a list of supermarkets ,restaurants , bars nearby and their timings , to brief the visitors about bank holidays The place is very good by in a village where in 3 days I couldn’t find except one english speaker in addition to the owner , who gave poor information about the area. This is for better handling and guest experience , even to leave an English briefing in the room as without guidance it was really difficult and rather to stay in the city where i will be surrounded by facilities

The property was in a nice, quiet location, 10 mins from the city center.

The shower head did not hold in place, the water pressure drastically dropped after a while, and there was a smell of damp in the room.
