Sehr schöne absolut ruhige Ortsrandlage in St. Hermann am Waldrand; von dort ist der Zugang zu zahlreichen Wander- und Radwegen in weniger als einer Minute.möglich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über eine solide Grundausstattung und hat zwei Balkone. Praktisch ist auch, dass Fahrräder in einer Garage sicher abgestellt werden können. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
