Our Geißkopf attic apartment measures approximately 74 square meters and features exposed rafters, as well as tasteful furnishings and decor. Free Wi-Fi (fiber-optic), underfloor heating powered by a heat pump, and electric exterior blinds provide modern, contemporary comfort. Bright, modern open-concept kitchen, well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Enjoy meals and drinks in front of a large sliding glass door leading to a small south-facing balcony with a beautiful view. A sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV (Magenta TV) round out the room. The hallway features a coat rack and small storage closets—for suitcases, for example—providing additional storage space. The master bedroom, which is furnished with a large double bed (180/200), a dresser, a clothes rod, and storage surfaces, features a fly screen to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The children’s room is equipped with a bunk bed, storage compartments, and an electric skylight. In addition, a third, smaller child can easily sleep in the room on a sleeper chair. The bathroom features a toilet, a rain shower, a sink with ample storage compartments, a top-loading washing machine, towels, and a hair dryer. The “aktivCard Bayerwald” is the all-inclusive guest card that grants you free access to over 130 amenities. These amenities include, among others: free admission to outdoor and indoor swimming pools, amusement parks, the treetop walk, Baumei, ski lifts, museums, e-bike rentals, and much more… Please note: additional costs include the visitor’s tax, the barrel sauna, and the electric vehicle charging station. Bedding, towels, dish towels, cleaning supplies, and final cleaning are included in the price. Basic supplies for the first few days are also provided, such as coffee/tea, salt/pepper, vinegar/oil, sugar, toilet paper, and soap. You’re welcome to borrow our two e-bikes (mountain bikes) free of charge! Please note: Additional costs include the visitor’s tax and the electric bike charging station. Bed linens, towels, dish towels, cleaning supplies, and final cleaning are included in the price. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Key pickup: In person; if you arrive later, the key will be left in the safe. Crib available upon request. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house. Tourist tax: Free for children under 12; 1 EUR per day for ages 12–16; 2 EUR per day for ages 16 and older. Electric vehicle charging station for a fee: Wall-Box 0.35 EUR per kW. We provide the “aktivCard Bayrischer Wald” exclusively for our guests. Please be considerate of other guests—quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.! Please leave the apartment swept clean on the day of departure. No parties or events. No commercial photography. Please dispose of your trash.
