HOLIDAY HOUSE "Aunt Emma" in the Waldferiendorf Regen in the Bavarian Forest in the Arber region

Recently, you can rent the house again for the best time of the year and recover from everyday stress.
Welcome to the holiday home "Tante Emma".
Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in the holiday village. It was built in timber frame construction in the 90s and completely renovated and modernized in 2019. The upscale and cozy furnishings in country house style create a climate to feel good. Especially in the cold season, the stove gives a pleasant atmosphere for cuddly holidays. The rooms are bright and have exposed beams, which gives the house its special touch.
On the ground floor you have a comfortably furnished living room with satellite TV. Adjacent to the open living area is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
In the entrance you will find a cloakroom, a large hallway with staircase, a storage room and a small toilet.
Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms with double beds - one with access to the balcony and an additional satellite TV. The second bedroom has a cot. Between the bedrooms is the spacious bathroom with tub and separate shower.
From the living room you reach the terrace with a cozy and rustic seating area. A gas grill is for nice barbecues is also available. Directly in front of the house is a parking lot.
Family-friendly facility with high chair, cot and games. Not far away there is a children's playground. Two good pets are welcome to bring you.
W-Lan for a fee or T-Online hotspot is available free of charge.
The city of Regen raises a tourist tax according to the applicable regulations. There are many perks, including free local transport. In the house you will find a folder with useful information as well as city and hiking maps.

Sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Idylisch am Wald gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Das gesamte Waldferiendorf liegt etwas außerhalb und ist ein toller Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Der Ort Regen liegt quasi um die Ecke und bietet weit mehr als nur die Möglichkeit zum kauf der täglichen Lebensmittel. Ein Auto ist allerdings auf Grund der Entfernung und der Steigungen zwingend erforderlich.
Das Haus selbst ist super ausgestattet und beinhaltet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und hat darüber hinaus als (fast) Einziges einen umlaufenden Zaun und eine sehr große Terrasse. Unser Hund konnte problemlos rumtoben, ohne dass er alleine "auf Tour" gehen konnte. Für Kids gibt`s reichlich Spielsachen im Gartenhaus.
Sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch in beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es ordentliche Fernseher, ein kleiner Tresor für die Wertsachen, große Betten mit bequemen Matrazen und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lassen es an nichts fehlen.
Noch zu erwähnen bleibt der sehr nette (telefonische) Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der nicht vorhandene Internet-Zugang. Aus unserer Sicht kein Problem, da das Mobilfunknetz hervorragend ist und mittlerweile eigentlich jeder über mobilen Daten in die weite Welt kommt. Einzig lange "Netflix-Abende" werden vielleicht etwas schwierig...
Rundum eine sehr zu empfehlende Ferienunterkunft. Wir werden sie sicher in den nächsten Planungen wieder berücksichtigen!

Haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Feriensiedlung ruhig gelegen aber kurze Wege zu vielen Ausflugszielen
