I was in Zabljak many times and this accommodation is the best one. It was very important for us that it is dog friendly, and that the space is very wide. Each of the three of us had our own big room and we had a very nice joint space and a very well-equipped kitchen. There were 2 bathrooms which were very convenient for us and also 2 terraces, one on each floor. The parking for the car was very convenient and also the location is very near the center and at the same time near the wood and near a nice path to Razvrsje where it is possible to merge with the path to Black Lake. The rate price/quality was excellent.
I believe it would not be convenient for older people to be in the upper rooms since the inner stairs are rather steep. Nevertheless, there is one bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen, and the joint space down, so it was convenient for my mother. I can not think of anything I did not like there.

Location is close to center and surroundings are quiet. Very spacious aparment with washing machine.
The bed sheets were a little bit rough.
