Never again.

Location

Unprofessional behaviour of the owner, who didnt answer our calls prior to the arrival. When we got to the location, we were informed there is no water currently, but "there will be in the afternoon", only to find out later that there will be no water at all. Water was drained from the pipes and from the water heater, so the only possible explanation is that house wasnt't prepared for the guests. We booked for a one night stay with a child, but there was no safe place for a child to sleep, becouse access to the bedroom is by unsafe ladder. There is a corner sofa on the ground floor but it is broken and it couldnt be put to use. So we slept on the floor. We were charged extra money by the honey seller neighbour, not by the owner, who said she was not there. Honey seller also served as a spy becouse we were constantly receiving voice messages from the owner stating that she knows that we came or left the location. Staying taxes were charged, but nobody asked us for documents that would be needed if somebody wanted to pay those staying taxes. Unsafe car access to the house, garbage everywhere around it.

Location is good. Host is available and kind.

There is no Wi-Fi internet. It could have been cleaner and more tidy. The biggest unpleasant surprise was when I needed to go upstairs to the bedroom. The stairs are more like a ladder – they have to be lowered manually and are extremely steep. This photo of the stairs is not shown on the Booking.com listing. The host should have informed me about this, especially knowing I was coming with a small child. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this accommodation.

Kučica je lijepo uređena, sadržajna, ima apsolutno sve što je potrebno. Ima kuhinju i apsolutno sav kuhinjski sadržaj, jako dobro opremljena, isto kao i kupaonica. Oko kučice je mirno i tiho, noći su idealne za spavanje u vručim mjesecima. Ima vlastiti parking. Gospođa Violeta je jako ljubazna i voljna pomoći okolo bilo čega. Sve preporuke.
