The bed was king size and super comfortable. Our rooms had balconies that overlooked the pool. We went for a swim in the pool and it was lovely. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. In particular the staff member named Jeewan was a very hard worker and accommodated all of our requests with a smile on his face, he was a standout! We loved the free airport shuttle too. We arrived at the Colombo airport late on a Saturday night and it was great to have a free ride to the hotel without needing to book our own transportation. It was super busy at the pick-up zone so we had to wait about 20 mins or so until the driver could get to us but all completely worth it. The driver's vehicle was clean and he was friendly and chatted with us during the trip.
The shower water pressure could have been better but it's likely due to Negombo not having great plumbing in general.

Great location, across the road to the beach. spacious clean room. Good facilities & pool with a view. Helpful, friendly staff & airport transfer. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location, near the airport (20 mins drive), beach, restaurants etc.
Very friendly, helpful staff. The manager was very nice, arranged our taxi to next destination.
Nice pool to cool down in. Restaurant was clean, lots of staff, air conditioning.

Really nice swimming pool and spa facilities. Great that there is a shuttle to the airport.
The Seafood Embassy restaurant attached to the hotel is awful, AVOID - the food is inedible and we didn’t eat any of it. The service was also sooooo slow. The room is pretty tired and needs refreshing.
