house was well heated and walking distance to town and shops

The kitchen sink drain leaks and has a plastic bowl to catch the leaks. There was a bad smell coming from it. The bowl was overflowing into the cupboard. I emptied the bowl and tightened the fittings but it requires a plumber to fix it properly.

fantastic place to stay, felt like home

rooms were a good size, the place was clean and tidy within, everything I needed within the property.

the fire in the living room sparked when switching off at the socket and plug felt hot to the touch.

location photo and actual property did not match

interior very clean and comfortable. lost wi-fi connection on day 3.

exterior was full of cigarette ends and all bins were full/overflowing with rubbish, some nappies, smelly and unpleaseant for my granddaughter to play outdoors

The spacious apartment was very clean and well equipped with facilities needed for a short or long stay. The area was quiet and close to supermarkets, shops and close to Coatbridge town centre. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Clean bedding and towels provided with great wifi signal

Very good

obviously new bathroom and kitchen so lovely and fresh -loads of room and wardrobe and drawer space in bedrooms. Good internet for my son and a tv that had plenty of channels could be viewed. Convenient location -not far to supermarkets and for Broadwood stadium for bmx event which was our reason for stay. Quiet eventhough in middle of a residential area.

Would have liked blind of some kind in bathroom and slat missing from twin bedroom vertical blind. Only 3 forks -ok for us as only 2 guests. Recycle Bin was full - think normal rubbish put in there and so maggots on bag and bin lid -I have messaged them direct to report this. Back garden area untidy but shared - only used it to take dog out first thing and to put rubbish in bin.

thousands of fag ends out back, no curtains, broken blinds, broken window catch, no shower seal meaning water everywhere. grim location , internet unstable

Convenient location for what we wanted. Beds were comfortable and it had most things we needed.

The toilet was leaking and the shower screen wasn’t sealed properly so would flood onto the floor when you had a shower. Bathroom needs attention. Back garden also needs tidying up.
