It was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, and the kitchen was well equipped, except no oven mittens. It was a spacious apartment and comfortable for four guests. The beds were soft and the bed linen smelled fresh and clean. Bathroom was also clean. Our host was friendly and helpful, and met us in person at check-in time.
Just some things for improvement, but nothing we “didn’t like” per se. The carpet was stained, so it didn’t seem very clean. Also, the sofa bed also was stained. And I don’t think the exhaust fans in the bathrooms worked. The was mould in the washer. Maybe you can suggest for guests to wipe the rubber part of the barrel dry to prevent this from happening. That’s how we combat mould in our own washing machine.

Location was great for our needs. It was close to the town and walking distance of the train station. It was clean and comfortable. It was also spacious for two people.

The owner (William) was really friendly and was at the property well before check in time to handover keys.
He let us 15 minutes before normal check in i.e. 16:00.
Wanted to thank him 🙏.
Perfect place if you are visiting Edinburgh, Stirling and Lock Lomond area.
Definitely recommend all.
