Staff were all friendly and chatty especially the animation team with Danni (Children entertainers) They had the good holiday vibe no matter what your age. Food at the restaurant was plenty, freshly cooked and delicious. Evening entertainment was also good.

great aqyua park attractions, good entertainment, pleasant staff (with the exeption of shuttle driver), diverse food.
parking is not within the hotel limits, and is basically in the streat (i cannot say if it is at least guarded), shuttle is sometimes full and driver is not that willing to make a second trip to take the rest. shower heads are terrible (small jets of water ), no all inclusive services in the aqua park, but you can go back to hotel to order from lobby.

The water park is amazing, many pools and everything is clean and organized. We didn't wait a lot at all for each slide.
The food is great and offers many tasty options.
The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bathroom is also big and quite clean.
The bed and the cushions... Terrible!! My back and neck hurts after every sleepless night.

Water park excellent and so close to the beach
Entertainment in the evening was poor was there 2 years ago and the entertainment was much better , evening meals weren’t great
