The stay at Castle Mimi is thought as an all around experience and we loved it. I would recommend staying at least 2 nights, especially in the summer when you can use the pool.
That we only stayed one night. Some of the rooms have exist directly in the parking lot, which i would say is a minus.

Great property, good food, good wine. Rooms were nice as well
Staff was across the board wildly unfriendly to the point of being rude. Also rooms don’t have any blinds so only stay here if you can sleep well in a very bright room.
