Beautiful large 1 BR factory apartment in an old industrial building home to the MOHAWK ANTIQUES MALL, one of the largest antique destinations in the Mohawk Valley.
This apartment has wonderful amenities including new appliances, a 70 inch TV in the living room, and a mixture of new and antique furnishings throughout.

Great week in Herkimer while attending performances at the Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Accommodations were great and convenient to everything. Host Peter was very helpful and friendly. Unit had everything we needed and was well kept and clean. We’ll definitely stay again.

The room is beautiful, clean and brand new! A full living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. I stayed here for a couple weeks and they have everything you need! They have cooking utensils and I fixed a few meals for work. The area is very quiet throughout the day and night. Walmart if 5 minutes away. I was working on a contract in Cooperstown which is 40 minutes south. My early morning drive was natureful and beautiful and at the end of my day, I couldn't wait to get back to get back here to relax. Peter was accommodating on short notice and got back to me right away, and I moved in on a Sunday. Peter made sure I was comfortable and encourage me to call, email or visit the mall. This is truly a great place to stay! :o)
