Family retreat close to all sports!! Looking to spend a relaxing vacation at a home away from home? We have a welcoming home in a great location for you to enjoy. For the sports enthusiast you can take in a round of golf at one of several great golf courses nearby such as Palm Valley, Wigwam and Cold Water Springs within minutes from the home. At the Phoenix International Raceway you can watch NASCAR or take in some amazing hiking trails. Also you can watch a Cardinals football game, a Coyotes hockey game, watch Spring Training pro baseball, all of which are within 10-20 minutes from the home. There are also several malls for those who wish to get some great deals shopping and convenient amenities such as a 24 hour Walmart, grocery stores, coffee shops, the hospital and drug stores all within a 5 minute commute from the home. There are several family activities such as the Children’s Museum, the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquariums, Water slides (seasonal) and parks with rides and games such as Coasters and Castles and great areas for taking a leisurely stroll.

Enjoy this 1900 sqft one level rancher (bungalow) home with three bedrooms plus a den (den has a new sofa couch for additional accommodation) and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have pillow top queen sized beds and the master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with double sinks, a soaker tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet. If you do not want to eat out at one of the many restaurants close by, you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The kitchen has nice black glass appliances including a gas range, large fridge with water dispenser, dishwasher, over the stove microwave and beautiful granite counter tops. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, dishes for 12, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils. A washer and dryer are available during your stay. The dining room opens to a lounge area and the living room (with a 55 inch TV) creating an engaging environment for everyone. The yard has a patio table that seats six, loungers and additional chairs to relax in while you BBQ some steaks on the grill. The yard is extremely large and is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and flowerbeds. You don't have to leave home for entertainment. There is a heated pool to enjoy all day and a fire pit to roast marsh-mellows in the evenings. To provide the convenience of home, there is free wifi and cable.
