The inviting great room features comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a TV/DVD, and a wall of windows framing spectacular ocean views. A small dining area adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a gas range—perfect for preparing your favorite meals. With two comfortable ensuite bedrooms featuring queen beds, everyone can enjoy a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach.
A private path leads you to the Bella Beach neighborhood beach access, where miles of sandy shoreline await just down the cliff-side stairs. During this time, use of the hot tub is not permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please note that violations of the quiet hours or hot tub policy may result in the immediate termination of your reservation without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for our community and all guests.
This home is strictly NOT pet-friendly:
To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, this property maintains a strict, zero-tolerance no-pet policy. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises at any time—this applies to all guest, visitor, indoor, and outdoor/yard areas. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and required departure from the property.

Parking Instructions: 2 Cars Maximum. Do NOT park a car behind the left-hand side garage door as that spot is for the guest in the upper-level unit. One car can be parked on the right-hand side of the garage and the second car is to be parked in the overflow areas around the home. There are three parallel spots around the corner, right up the road from the home.
Parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers, or other recreational vehicles or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Area, except only if or within the confines of an enclosed garage or screened area.
If you need any additional parking, extra parking spots can be found at the beginning of Bella Beach Circle, and behind Ocean View Street. Please do not park in any fire lanes, or on other people’s properties. Thank you!

View was outstanding, unit clean, all around nice place. Would stay again,....and......Wifi signal was very, very weak. had to sit on one couch close to router to use. I reported it, no real answer. Drove to Walmart, picked up a 40 wifi extender, plugged in and programmed. Problem fixed. If it is that easy for me to fix why doesn't management company do the same? At the end of my stay I took the extender with me. Other small issue was hot tub was locked with combination lock, though the instructions had no combo. Key left for hot tub was probably from an old lock. Took a couple of texts to management company and 1.5 hours to get the combination. Not a huge deal, was a bit of an avoidable hassle.

Beautiful clean property. Ocean views were as promised. The location between Depoe Bay and Lincoln City gave us easy access to the tourist stuff but the beach house was a quiet escape for all the tourist shops and busyness. We'd come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful spot, but be prepared for no fire pit, no privacy, and no reliable internet.We enjoyed some aspects of our stay, but future guests should be aware of several issues.The listing states there is a fire pit, but this unit does not have one—a detail the management company should correct. Internet and cell service are extremely poor; Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, and streaming TV was unreliable. The router is located in the upstairs unit, meaning we had to depend on those guests to reset it, which is not a practical solution, and it never happened.There are no beach chairs provided (they must be rented separately), very few toys or games, and the kitchen is minimally stocked—only four plates, for example. The location is directly beside the community’s beach access, so there is constant foot traffic past the windows, deck, and hot tub, resulting in very little privacy.With these issues unresolved and customer service falling short, we would not choose to stay here again.
