Chic And Modern In Hip Area

The location, comfort and communication were great. The apartment is in a very quiet area 10 min walk from the museums quartier and 15 min from Mariahilfer street known for the nice shops. Very close to cute cafes and a supermarket behind the corner. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen fully equipped, we didn’t use the washing machine but as i saw it had everything needed.

Overall cleanliness has to be taken care of in more detail. Specifically the bedsheets of the sofa bed, and the salon’s furniture. In contrary to the bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom and floors which were fairly fine.

It was as described, well kept, cozy

It would have been nice if we could use the elevator

A localização é muito boa em Neubau, a 15 mins a pé do Museum Quartier e de Hofburg. Está situado numa rua muito calma, mas perto de tudo. Haviaum supermercado e restaurantes a 5 mins. O metro é que não é muito perto, mas como fizemos quase sempre a cidade a pé não teve importância. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e cómodo, bem isolado e aquecido. A cozinha tem o básico para fazermos algumas refeições em casa.
