About this apartment rental
Quiet apartment with morning and afternoon sun. 3 bedrooms or 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending on the number of people) and a living room. One bedroom and the living room look into the pedestrian zone, the other bedroom looks into a courtyard with a large horse chestnut tree.
The pedestrian zone creates a calm, almost village-like atmosphere in the center and keeps the car noise at a distance!
Spacious apartment for couples, also ideal for travel groups or families with children (games and their own information sheet for activities and child-friendly bars are in the apartment, the baby cot and the baby high chair will be prepared for you free of charge after prior registration).
A television (cable reception) with a selection of films (DVD and VHS), family and children's games and the Internet give you the opportunity to spend the evening comfortably at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave, kettle, toaster grill, and various coffee machines.

Myrthengasse is the perfect starting point to explore Vienna on foot or by public transport.
Public transport in the immediate vicinity:
2 subway stations, 2 bus stations and 1 tram station (U3, U6, 48A, 13A, 46).
The city center (historic city center), museum district, natural and art history museum as well as opera and castle theater are within easy walking distance.
In the alleys of the Spittelberg, a variety of restaurants and cafés as well as smaller and larger shops await you (alternative shopping mile Neubaugasse, traffic-calmed meeting area Mariahilfer Straße).
A completely renovated park with a modern children's playground protected from dogs is located around the corner of the pedestrian zone Myrthengasse. In the warm season you can sit outside at the edge of the park in the Café / Restaurant China Bar and take care of your children from there.
Theaters (Spittelberg, Volkstheater, Burgtheater, etc.), dance (Tanzquartier and Impulstanz Festival), cabaret and cinemas are numerous in the immediate vicinity, without long journeys by car or public transport.

From November to March I can provide you with a parking space in the house for € 7 / night. Please let me know in advance.
If you are unable to meet the specified arrival date, please notify me in advance by email or phone (also with WhatsApp). In case of delay please call, SMS or Whatsapp / Wire message at the earliest possible time.
The prices are for 2 people and small children under 2 years.
Each additional guest will be charged 10-25 € per night for the entire stay, depending on the season.
The tourist tax of approx. 2.5% is not included in the rental price and must be paid in advance or on arrival. You can find more information about this in the folders I sent, which contain a lot of helpful and further information.

Glad we stayed in this apartment for our trip to Vienna! Paul the host contacted us right away when I booked with instructions on how to check-in and offered to let us drop our bags early at the apartment if the housekeeper wasn’t done cleaning when we arrived much earlier than check-in time. He stayed in touch via WhatsApp the day we arrived to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street with busy streets a 1-2 min walk either way, making it easy to catch an uber or taxi. There is a grocery store in walking distance and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch, including spices and some dry goods in the cabinet and a dish washer. We were there in Dec and the heat and hot water worked well. (The shower is a little slick with a step up so be careful if you have balance issues!) The beds are comfortable and it was quiet at night. We didn’t use the washing machine but did try to use the dryer; it couldn’t get it to blow hot air on any of the settings but it was still helpful to fluff our towels. The apartment is 2 stories up but has a lift: one of the keys you get when you check in allows you to use the lift. The location is great- walking distance or a quick ride to all the major things you want to see. Highly recommend Paul’s apartment!

The location was excellent and within short walking distance of bus lines. Paul was very responsive and offered us extra help. The unit is clean and quite large compared to most places we stayed. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood but still within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shops. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

I stayed at Paul's apartment for 3 nights. The flat is very nice, big and comfortable and in a very good position of the city center. Paul was also so kind on taking care of our return to the airport early in the morning booking a taxi for us. I would recommend this accommodation in the heart of Wien!
