This is a sweet house/cottage which was perfect as a home base for our family visit to the Skye area.

We really enjoyed staying at the property.
Very homely and well thought out.
The location is fabulous too as it’s close to bridge to Skye and also there is a Co-op just around the corner.
The heating is a bit of a faff, but by the second day we knew what we were doing.

Quiet neighbourhood, very close to supermarket, in the village, nice walks from the house. Unique and beautiful decorations, lovely welcome pack, clean, well equipped, efficient coal fired central heating, spacious for 3 guests, plenty of leaflets/information on things to see and do. Brilliant location to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Lovely spacious house in an ideal location for exploring the west coast and Skye. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice enclosed garden to sit and relax in the evening or alternatively warm yourself by the open fire in the living room. Loved the quirky decor, bedrooms beautifully decorated with quality bed linen. Pub and restaurants nearby along with a decent sized supermarket a few minutes walk away. 5 minute drive and youre on the island of Skye. Cant recommend highly enough.

Nice welcome pack on arrival. Nicely decorated home. Spacious bedrooms. Adequate WiFi and strong 4G signal. Comfy beds. Supermarket close by. Central location to explore.
Only Slight issues, but had one light not working and kept blowing a fuse, nothing major. Heating a bit of a faf, having to light the fire, but enough small plug in heaters to save lighting the fire.

Lovely place, well decorated, comfortable and quiet. Amazing stay. Josie was very kind with us and my daughter immediately felt at home, enjoyed playing with the toys. I would come back.

When we arrived, the fire was fresh and the heating on, very welcome after a trek along the snowy A-roads leading to Kyle.
The property is very large and comfortable, situated well enough away from the main road that it was quiet, but convenient enough that you can walk to the co-op.
We were also left a hamper of goodies which was a lovely touch!
The property itself is well maintained and has a few really nice touches of personalisation from the hosts and that made it feel really homely and welcoming.
We would gladly stay here again any time!
If we had to be picky, the bathroom never really got warm during our stay, and the front door maybe needs a wee adjustment as it sticks a bit, but that would be us being very, very picky!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The location is excellent for visiting Skye and nearby mainland areas.
The property could do with an extra toilet or bathroom upstairs, but I appreciate this is very tricky. If there are only four people staying, the current set-up is fine.

Tulloch very comfortable, well stocked and ultra clean, we all slept well in comfy beds. Coal fire very cosy and having additional electric heaters handy. Plenty coal etc . Contact with owners easy by email and they informative and helpful.
House very close to Skye Bridge and we very much enjoyed our week's holiday. Basket full of goodies welcome. 😋

House great, I have arthritis in knees and did struggle with stairs and downstairs bathroom, however I knew this when I booked and having banister on either side of stairs and walk in shower was very helpful. I knew before booking what facilities house had and was very reassured re banister which is why I decided to go ahead with booking and no concerns and information very accurate .
Tulloch Otherwise absolutely perfect in every way and these issues very personal to me and no reflection on this gorgeous house and owners .
House has every thing one may need in it, my son even found a tiny Allan key to repair his mobile, amazing .

Booking.com printout misleading eg "private bathroom"( what other kind is there?).Also "toilet"(no separate toilet).
DVDs left in house but no DVD player.
Well supplied with books, board games, etc.

Location as expected
Coal-fired central heating! Coal and wood supplied. Furniture tired and faded in the living room. Water not draining from the shower tray - we were left towels to soak it up. Front door stuck, hard to get in, light bulb missing in bathroom, cupboard knobs had to be screwed back on. Garden could do with attention.

Helpful welcome message via Booking.com from owner prior to arrival. Delighted to walk in and find the open fire warming the house. Milk, eggs, butter and bread provided, which was lovely. House has a very homely feel and is very easy to live in. Kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Very comfortable beds. Radiators rely on fire to be burning for 30 mins but electric heaters provide warmth in meantime. Great location for Lochalsh and Skye. And Co-op less than 5 mins away via a path down the hill diagonally to the right across the road from the front door.

A comfortable and peaceful cottage in the centre of town. Easy access to the main road and the grocery store. We found everything we needed, and the host left a welcoming basket with local treats. Full of amenities. The kids loved the place!

The welcome breakfast pack was a nice surprise. Well equipped accommodation. Quiet location but close to a good supermarket and walking from the door. Comfy beds. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher.
It was a shame the cushions in the garden had been left out in the rain - it meant they didn't dry out enough to use the outside furniture. It would be good if the owner replaced the missing door shelves in the fridge to give more capacity. Dining area only had four chairs - it didn't bother us but if you were a family of 5 or 6 it would be a tight space to eat.

We liked the comfortable cottage, very welcoming and lovely decorated, it had everything we needed and also toys for the kids.
We loved the fire place in the living room and the garden, the rooms were spacious with comfy beds and also liked the little welcoming basket with essentials for our stay. The house is more welcoming and delightful than any picture can show and you have to see it for yourself. Really recommend it!
