We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place and at the Arcadia in general. Our only minor complaint would be the down stairs area could use some blinds. It felt like we were in a fish bowl at times with people walking by, especially in the evening. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time. Loved the location to the pool entrance. Loved the layout of the house. Wish there was better seating by the downstairs tv and maybe a few more towels for such a big group it was hard to keep on top of that. Otherwise we had such a great time!

Location was beautiful. Really enjoyed that the backyard was towards the pool & close to the pool entrance. Getting a hold of management to request an early check in was terrible, emailed 5 days prior, 24 hours prior, & called every 20 minutes from 11am-4pm the day prior…still could not get a hold of someone. By the time someone called back (the morning of check in day) they told us they couldn’t accommodate an early check in. However, upon check out, they had tried to charge me an early check in fee. Also, the bbq grill was extremely dirty & while trying to bbq one evening, it had caught fire so badly that we needed to use the fire extinguisher. Maintenance came the next morning & only hosed it off with water - extremely disappointing with how they handled that situation. We did not feel safe using the remainder of the stay. Other than that however, we would definitely stay here again.

There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for several families. The home is comfortable and spacious. The high end soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms are a plus. It has a great view of the pool area. There were some setbacks though. The kitchen was hardly stocked. There are NO window coverings in the living and kitchen areas. Three huge windows are completely bare. So at night everyone can see into the home. No privacy at night at all. There were only two TVs in the living areas. Not even a TV in the master bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the home. It accommodated our large family well with a bathroom for each bedroom and plenty of closet space. It was simply but beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. The accessibility of the pool and club house was great as it was right outside our back door. The personnel at the office were friendly and helpful. The area is new and the grounds are kept up perfectlly. There were a few things we would recommend for future tenants. The kitchen was a bit sparse on cooking bowls, spices, hand towels, washcloths, hand soap and general cleaning supplies. The bed in the front bedroom was broken upon arrival so we had to place our tool box under the side rail in order to sleep on it. We contacted the front office about this, but it was Sunday and the maintenance man was not working. The internet speed while there was 5mbps which was unusable for our needs. We killed two cockroaches in the home. The office said they planned to spray as a result. If these concerns were addressed we would highly recommend staying at the arcadia resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience was great. The Arcadia staff was outstanding. We have two complaints, however. First if you advertise that the unit is capable of sleeping 17, then the house needs to be stocked to accommodate the same number. We had 15 people for Thanksgiving and there were only place settings for 6 in the house. Fortunately,the Arcadia staff was able to help us out by providing what we needed. Second, the WiFi would not let us connect to streaming services such as Netflix, etc. This was disappointing in the evenings with small children who wanted to watch. The Arcadia staff again tried to remedy this problem, but were unable to do so. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and the location.

Having both homes back up to the water park was so perfect for the kids, and allowed for them to safely explore the water and feel free, while still being in close range of the parents. The lazy river, water slide and jacuzzis were so fun! The gym was great, and we even found extra yoga mats to use. Plenty of great craft classes and other games in the clubhouse! We never felt bored, and could have had no outside excursions and been completely happy. We definitely want to return for another fun, relaxing reunion!

There was plenty of room for our family including kids, spouses and grandkids. Well furnished with plenty of seating and places to hang out. Kids loved video games. Our only issue was with the resort. The pool was absolutely freezing (consensus of entire group). Even with the weather being in the 90s, much of our time was spent in the jacuzzi trying to warm up. Complained daily to resort management but to no avail. On the other hand, we all loved the resort's game and craft rooms. So many fun things to do. We want to make this an annual trip but the ice cold pool may be a deal breaker. Hoping that it will improve with more owners.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals, but this is by far the best. We loved that everything was brand new and well taken care of. The staff on hand at the resort are awesome. And that goes for maintenance, the pool help, and even the younger group of kids that work in the evenings. Everyone was top notch already work for the resort. The Home itself was very Spacious for adults and children, there’s two living areas so the kids have there own space to play. Also there was a huge kitchen and dining area for everyone to eat meals together. Literally a 3 min drive to the brand new grocery store. You can see the amazing pool and Red Rocks from Snow Canyon from the comfy sitting area of your balcony. Its just a 5 min drive to Snow Canyon and great hikes. We are already planning our next stay. The only negative to this stay was the construction going on which is to be expected with all the new build. Just be prepared for early morning tractors and a lot of dirt. Once they finish it will be the great!
