We loved our stay at Arcadia! The home and resort were perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway! We will definitely be returning guests!

The check in process was awesome after a long drive. The house is very nicely staged. Loved having a kitchen with all the things!
The pool is in very close proximity to the unit. Pool is cold. Especially the kiddie pool.
Unit supplied with water which was helpful.
Cleanliness was a huge miss. Greasy Body print on the dryer door, greasy handprints on the bunk beds, decorative mirrors had hands prints, master room consol dusty, several pillows had makeup on them, cabinets did not look wiped down, part of check out procedure is to take the garbage cans to the curb and both of our dumpsters were filled to the rim upon our arrival and best of all we found a huge cockroach roaming the kitchen.
Our heater was not working the day we arrived, I contacted the front desk and they said they would set it, and contact maintenance but it never worked while we were there.
Check out process easy. Nice that each room has a bathroom on suit. And there is lots of living space.
Overall We had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
