"Heart of Dixie" is a wonderfully unique 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation rental situated in the beloved Arcadia Resort community. This villa has an international flair featuring handicraft items, photos, and original oil paintings from around the world displayed throughout. Walking around this villa admiring the worldly furnishings can feel like an international trip in itself!
The unique decor coupled with the luxury living spaces make this an incredibly special place. With a glorious eat in kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cooking utensils, you'll have everything you need to prepare meals at home. After mealtime, comfortably gather in 1 of the 2 spacious living rooms playing games and enjoying each other's company. Upstairs is truly a kid's paradise featuring games like foosball AND air hockey, 2 cozy sofas, and walls adorned with kid and family favorite movie posters.

Great place, perfect location and truly ideal property for family gathering. The kids were never bored and the pool area was amazing. We had a terrific time!

incredibly noisy if you're staying in the front bedrooms. But the kids all enjoyed the pool. Thought I'd get a good night sleep Sunday evening, but Low and Behold, the trash trucks came during the 6am hour.

The pool is amazing. The best we've ever seen at a vacational rental. The house was clean, nicely laid out, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. It was great!
