Lo staff, il sign. Giovanni una persona squisita. E stato a disposizione dal primo giorno, preciso e premuroso. Dall inizio alla fine, non è scontato trovare persone su cui poter fare affidamento. La casa é in un ottima zona, ben servita, dotata di tutti i confort.
Forse unico tasto dolente, il parcheggio. É un po difficile da reperire, ma con un po' di astuzia risolvibile. (In orari non sospetti spostate l auto più vicina allo stabile)

Appartamento ben arredato e pulito. Posizione ottima
Avrei gradito trovare un benvenuto...invece assolutamente nulla...in cucina non c è uno scottex o un detersivo...ti devi comperare tutto...inoltre si sentiva un po' troppo rumore dai vicini.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione davvero comoda, perché è vicino a diversi negozi e supermercati.
Non mi é piaciuto il rumore che si sentiva ogni notte provenire dalla strada. Ma è questione di abitudine dopo un po' non ci fai più caso. Magari basterebbe cambiare gli infissi delle finestre.

Appartamento moderno e pulito.
Balcone privato troppo piccolo. Lavatrice in comune con gli altri appartamenti. Aria condizionata non efficace nella zona giorno.
