About this house rental
Kaishua House has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living area with 8-seater dining table, reverse-cycle air conditioning, great wood fire and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee machine (we supply pods). There is also a huge outdoor deck with BBQ.
Ideal location to relax with the family and enjoy the outdoors. Lake Eildon is only a few hundred meters from the house and Mt Buller ski resort is less than 1 hour drive away. There is excellent fishing close by in the Lake or Delatite river. The local zoo is a fantastic place for all the family.
Take away food and a general store is available in Goughs Bay. Mansfield is just 15 minutes drive away with a variety of restaurants and shops, including 2 supermarkets.

Queen size bed and full en-suite with toilet

2 single beds and Single bunks
room sleeps 4 people
Linen: We provide doonas and pillows for all beds and ask guests to BYO linen (top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels). We supply tea towels, dishcloths and bathmats.
Cleaning: We ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy on departure and all cleaning products are supplied. You also pay an $80 cleaning fee as we always have a cleaner go through the house after your departure to ensure the house is clean and well stocked for the next guests.
10 - 20% discount for bookings 7 days or longer.

What a beautiful house that caters to so many different needs and holidayers.
Perfect for our family getaway with our dog.
If you’re there for some fishing we suggest you bring/hire a boat as shoreline fishing isn’t really successful.
