I recommend it for couples

The decoration, room, and bed were great. I liked its accessibility by Metro/Buses to many places across Lyon.

I didn't like the kitchen equipment, there was a rusted (corroded) pan for frying and not enough coffee powder or tea. I am not sure if the (cloth) washing machine was available in the building or not.

Living it up in Lyon

The room was spacious, comfortable and mostly clean with great big windows looking out on the street. The host was friendly, stopped by to replace batteries and gave us a plethora of recommendations for restaurants, sites, etc.

The shower was a bit challenging with a curtain that didn't give much space and constant leaking around the toilet when showering - a few extra towels or better set up would have been nice. The kitchen could have had a few more dishes/cups and been a little cleaner. Small things that we didn't mind.

Quick response to little problems that are nagging like getting familiar with the remotes, little issue with internet. Responded within two hours.

Unfortunately there was construction in the apartment above during the day for two of the four days we were there. Again the manager responded quickly and sympathized but could not do anything about the noise and construction. This is something that needs to be addressed by Bookings.com. The manager did offer to move us to another apartment but it would have taken another half day from our stay in Lyon.

Nice host, fancy room, beautiful city!

I was confused at the beginning because it was not a hotel like I thought. So I called the host. He was really nice and friendly and tell me the password of the doors and guided me to my apartment. It was clean and fancy. The bed is very comfortable. I actually had a bad day but this room saved my mood.

The room is actually perfect. Maybe it would be better to have a big mirror. But it’s not that important.

Great Flat next to the train station

Everything was excellent! The appartment is awesome! it has everything you need and it is very modern inside. Furthermore it is located just couple of minutes walk from the main train station in Lyon. The check-in was also very good, we met the owner of the flat and he was very friendly. We can only recommend this place for a stay in Lyon!

Hall d'entrée sécurisé, ascenseur, séjour lumineux, vue dégagée qui permet aussi de voir le bâtiment dit le "Crayon", literie très confortable, belle salle d'eau, appartement très propre et bien entretenu, hôte charmant, courtois, avenant, bon communiquant et sympathique. Nous laisse également des capsules de café, du linge de maison. Très bien situé, juste à une rue des grandes artères, de la Bourse du Travail, donc proche mais loin du bruit, TRES BIEN.

Tout était parfait. Il faut être difficile pour critiquer ce logement

Appartement refait à neuf de manière chaleureuse, très bien situé, à 5 min à pied de la gare, extrêmement propre, et surtout, surtout ! pas de prise de tête sur la remise des clés : tout est géré par code. Un bien rare à Lyon.

Cet appartement est une pépite en plein cœur de Lyon, avec une vue mémorable sur la tour crayon illuminée la nuit. Équipement nickel, ventilateur à disposition, et Guillaume notre hôte est aux petits soins. Une adresse que je garderais pour un prochain séjour!
