Everything. Kim is a wonderful host. Beautiful location. The bedroom and bathroom are massive and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, and fresh cakes, scones. On return to our room in the evenings, Kim had made fresh cakes/ biscuits for us. Wonderful touch. The farm is in an ideal location to visit the beautiful area. So close to the A1, but you really wouldn't know it. Cannot hear it all. Highly recommend staying here, we will when we're in the area again.
