Great location - tram super close and short walk to Peace Park. Super clean with lift up to our floor. Everything we needed at a reasonable price. Thank you.

No natural light in the room. Would have liked tea bags. Not a big deal. Was really happy overall

一泊するには十分な設備が整っており、大変よかったです。部屋に洗濯機(洗剤と柔軟剤も完備している)があり、お風呂場の乾燥機能で朝にはちゃんと乾いていたので、汗だくになった服や下着を持って帰らなくて済んだのでとても有り難かったです。
また市電の駅が目の前、ホテルの横にセブンイレブン、原爆ドームまで徒歩で行ける。
本当に泊まってよかったです‼︎
また娘がメガネを忘れてしまい、スタッフが常駐しているホテルではないので、正直ちゃんと見つかるか不安でしたが次の日にサポートセンター？に電話で問い合わせ。その後はメールでのやり取りで、見つけたメガネの写真も送ってくれました。メガネは着払いで送ってもらいました。丁寧に梱包してあり、スタッフの教育もしっかりしているんだろうと感心しました。
また機会があれば、ぜひ泊まりたいです。
今回は本当にありがとうございました。
