b hotel Dai3Himawari - Up to 10p 1 min Peace Park, Wonderful huge house

The property is found incredibly close to the peace park and is walking distance to Hiroshima and Yokogawa stations and the airport bus terminal (next to Sogo dept store). The property has lovely views of the peace park and is very spacious, clean, well maintained and has all the required amenities for a stay in Hiroshima. The instructions from the host were very clear and videos were left on how to find the property, turn on the induction hot plate, to turn on the hot water and locate the garbage area. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely recommend it to family and friends visiting Hiroshima.

There is only one small issue that is not related to the property itself. I was messaged on WhatsApp by two unknoown numbers (IP Dublin and Portugal) claiming to be the property managers requesting additional payment. I have seen in the previous reviews this has happened to other tenants as well. I ignored and blocked these messages but others please beware about these as they are a scam and are probably from booking.com itself being hacked.

We booked this for the location and it was great in that sense. only 5 min or so to the A Bomb Dome. You could see it from the balcony. We loved the smell of curry in the air (its above a restaurant). It was very quiet. It had plenty of space and a small kitchen.

You have to go up one flight of steep stairs to get to the elevator to get to the place. Made it more difficult with the luggage we accumulated towards the end of our trip. After booking I did receive Whatsapp messages asking me to confirm details of my stay that were spam or attempts at gaining my personal info. This wasn't the property itself and when I notified them they let me know they did not send those messages, just something to be aware of should you book this place.

Brrrrr.
