The perfect authentic Japanese stay in a large city such as Hiroshima. Perfect location. Excellent views towards the Dome.

This hotel is a traditional Ryokan. We had a room overlooking the A-Dome which was what we wanted. The room was big and comfortable for the four of us. The shower was clean and worked well. There was a small TV, table and chairs. The air conditioning worked well too. The breakfast was traditional and well thought through. There were some western options too.

It is very well located very close to the Atomic Bonn dome, memorial and museum. We enjoyed the view and the room was very functional.

Location is 10/10 . Room size is big. The lady at the front counter was lovely.
Futons, towels, disposable slippers were thin. You only get 1 physical key for the room and you have to leave it at the lobby when you leave. I like to go for early morning walks by myself before the family is up - so do I lock them in when I leave? Or leave with the door unlocked?
