Location is 10/10 . Room size is big. The lady at the front counter was lovely.
Futons, towels, disposable slippers were thin. You only get 1 physical key for the room and you have to leave it at the lobby when you leave. I like to go for early morning walks by myself before the family is up - so do I lock them in when I leave? Or leave with the door unlocked?

What a fantastic place to stay!! We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw our room, it was so cute and sooo comfortable. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is worth the price for the room alone! Our only regret is that we only booked for two nights, we didn't want to leave!

Fantastic location and really great staff. Reception area beautiful. It was as expected in that we chose Japanese style rooms.
A bit noisy as windows single glazed and bathroom and toilet a bit tired.

Everything about the place is excellent. A real bonus is the onsen. A real authentic Japanese experience, breakfast highly recommended.
