About this house rental
This air-conditioned apartment features a fully private pool.
It includes a bedroom with a bed of 1m80 wide, very comfortable, a living room equipped with a high-end sofa bed of 1m40 wide, with an extendable table, and a smart flat screen TV with all channels in all languages, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment: hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge/ freezer and all the necessary utensils.
There is everything you need to eat, sleep (duvets, sheets, pillows), as well as towels, beach towels and free wifi internet connection.
On the outside, there is a large terrace fully privatized and directly accessible from the accommodation, with a private pool and a superb covered area equipped with armchairs to relax in the sun.
There is a charcoal barbecue, a table, garden chairs, a beautiful bar, deckchairs and a shower.
Located 8 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and the beaches, LA VILLA DEL PARAISO enjoys a privileged location. Lloret des Mar is a lively coastal town, offering many activities.
You will find supermarkets nearby. Wine cellars, markets, a water park (5 minutes), the Marineland park with its Dauphin show (20 minutes), a tree climbing and golf park (10 minutes), karting (5 minutes), tennis lessons (5 minutes), nightclubs, hiking trails and all activities related to the sea and the mountains.
There are also many other charming coastal towns to explore, such as Tossa de Mar and Platja d'Aro, as well as many beautiful beaches and coves.
Barcelona is an hour away by car or train, while Girona is only half an hour away.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, l'appartement est tres propre et fonctionnel, nous avons profité à fond de la piscine ! Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais sont tres discrets et disponible lorsqu'on en a besoin ! Je recommande cette location !

Nous avons été charmés par ce logement super bien aménagé et très bien équipé. Tout était propre et accueillant. Les propriétaires sont charmants, bienveillants et restent très discrets, tout en restant disponibles. On reviendra ;-)

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Jacques . La maison est très propre et conforme au photos de l'annonce . Le cadre de vie est simpas , au clame dans la montagne . La piscine est propre et très apprécié des enfants . Le p'tit moin serais un peu de vis a vis . Jacques et sa femme vivent a l'étage supérieur , mais sont très discrets et vraiment simpas . Je tiens à les remercier pour leur accueil et et leurs bons conseils de sorties . Je recommande cette villa bien agréable.
