This cozy house is located in a quiet street, in the Urbanization la Creu de LLoret near Lloret de Mar, special for family rest.
Rustic style house, sleeps 6 people maximum 7.
The house has 1 floor of 70 m2, has a living room, 2 double bedrooms (1 is suite) and 1 room with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
With a private pool of 24 m2, it has a barbecue, garden furniture.
Change we have thought of children with board games, dolls, basket of basket and table to play pin pon, you can park inside the garden or in the same street

I think a vehicle is necessary, although there is a bus stop 800 meters away.

A really good property , with a large outside area with pool, brick built bbq, plenty of seating, tables and sun loungers. The property is not really a holiday let, more a borrowed home, there is so much content, almost anything you would need, from utensils to crockery, games and toys for children, to books and guides. It is fully enclosed with parking. It is in a quiet "urbanisation" 10mins drive in the hills above Lloret, there is very little in the way of shops or bars/ restaurants nearby, you need to go into Lloret, which has multiple choices for food and entertainment . The owners provided great communication ahead of our visit and actually met us on arrival to give us a walk through of the property. A clean and well maintained property.

The owners are wonderfull people and help where needed. The house is perfect! Everything you would need is there. Swimmingpool is a delight! Mantainance pool two times a week by a professional. Good location (car needed). We have had a great vacation and are planning our visit for next year!

Wir haben unsere Ferien im September 2019 dort verbracht. Es war eigentlich sehr schön ,schade war das kein Restaurant in der Nähe war ,man musste in die Stadt fahren um ein nettes Lokal zufinden . Was mir als Hundebesitzer sehr negativ aufgestoßen ist, meine Frau wurde morgens beim Gassigehen von einem Kampfhund angefallen(,sprang über den Zaun).
