About this house rental
Holiday villa located in Lloret de Mar, just minutes from its most beautiful beaches and small coves.
This little corner of paradise is only 1h10 from France, 80 km from
Barcelona and 40 km from Girona (by motorway).
This beautiful location offers many activities:
- nautical like boat ride, parasailing, banana, kayak, scuba diving, water skiing etc ...
- Sports with parks, trails where you can practice running, jogging, walking, hiking and more ...
- golf, tennis, horse riding, fishing etc...
- Waterworld (water park), Marineland (children's water park), Sould Park
(amusement park), theme park
(tree climbing ...) etc ...
This beautiful region also brings you all its cultural and historical wealth, its lush vegetation (botanical gardens ...), not to mention the shopping streets with its shops and restaurants.
The house has inside:
- 1 living room / stay with chimney, TV with flat screen (satellite), sofa bed 2 places.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all kitchen utensils etc ...).
- 1 bathroom with bath (hair dryer), wc, washing machine
(iron and ironing board)
- 2 double rooms (2 beds of 140cm, length 190 cm).
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm).
What's more relaxing, the outside of 660 m2 with panoramic views of the mountains and the forest, its terraces, its garden, its large pool area secured (deck chairs, parasol), its relaxation area (garden furniture) and ample pergola dining area with barbecue (table, chairs).
We put at your disposal without charge:

We are at your disposal with supplement:

Hemos estado alojados 2 dias. Cumplio con creces nuestras expectativas. Exteriores amplios i piscina muy limpia tal i como se puede observar en las fotos. Los interiores en muy buen estado i las habitaciones muy comodas i con buena ventilacion . El trato con la propietaria dominica fue cordial i estuvo muy atenta en todo momento, respetando nuestra privacidad i dejando que disfrutaramos libremente durante toda nuestra estancia. Esperamos volver algun dia.

We had very good communication with the owner of the property, who live in the house under our bungalow we stayed in. Apart of this the car park is on the street, not inside the garden how is in the pictures. When is very hot outside, in the house is very hot because they don't have air con. also all the sundbeds are broken .But the most annoying is the thing that are ants all over the living room, children room, and all over kitchen. Apart of this we had a good time at the house
