All 3 bedrooms have queen beds, master suite with sliding doors to deck has private bath. Restoration Hardware vanities in both custom designed bathrooms are accented by marble and subway tile walls. Sliding doors from kitchen open to deck/patio area and overlooks solar heated saline pool encased by custom imported blue stone. Lounge chairs with multiple umbrellas set the tone for a very relaxed atmosphere. Around the pool, you have gas BBQ grill, lush green lawn, palm & fruit trees. Washer/dryer in garage, parking for multiple cars in driveway. The expansive and vast vineyard can also be appreciated from the outdoor seating area near neighboring vineyard, bocce court, hammock and outdoor picnic table.
