The location was nice.

This property is actually managed completely off of booking.com and requires additional information, documentation, and payment on another site. This was completed unexpectedly. Due to the fact that the property requires additional payment for incidental damages—we took extensive photos and videos upon arrival and departure to make sure all of the preexisting conditions were well documented. The whole experience was uncomfortable and put us on edge during what was intended to be a much needed girls trip to the forest. We would have canceled, but by the time we realized all of particulars of the property, we could not cancel without losing a nearly all of the cost of booking. Additionally, there was a water pipe that bust down the street our last night at the property which made it nearly impossible for us to use the facilities we were planning on using and the whole reason we booked the property, the hot tub. Water was out for nearly 12 hours of our stay and that impacted our food plans, use of hot tub, ability to shower, clean up dishes, and use of toilets. While this was out of the property management’s control, and they were responsive to my texts, it really added to our uncomfortable experience. I would not want to stay here again or recommend this property to anyone. This was my first truly uncomfortable experience with booking.com and I hope it will be my last.
